The proxyType_* columns are 0 or 1 in CSV; in the MMDB they become nested proxyType.* booleans (dot-notation).

block=1 - non-residential: hosting, proxy, Tor, datacenter, VPN.
block=2 - suspicious, lower confidence (may flag innocent users).
Database contains only flagged rows (block=1 and block=2). Non-flagged rows (block=0) upon request (heavier file size).

Formats & samples

CSV - gzipped plain text, one CIDR per row.
MMDB - the same fields packed into MaxMind's format, readable with any libmaxminddb-based library (Go, Python, PHP, Node, Java, .NET, and others).
